Certain exceptions to Our Fees above apply:

  • Online vacation packages: Fees may reach up to C$50 per passenger.
  • Business and First Class Airfares: Fees are up to C$200 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
  • Multi-city trips: Fees are up to C$100 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
  • Multi-airline trips / Cities with high fraud rates: Fees are up to C$50 per passenger on all passenger type tickets.
  • Foreign Origination (outside the USA or Canada): Fees are up to C$50 per passenger for all passenger types.
  • Contact Center Fees: Fees for travel services, including complex multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries, may exceed those of online bookings. These fees range from C$10 to C$275 per passenger (a maximum of C$125 for senior citizens). Please note that bookings made through our contact center include premium package benefits.

Important Note: Our Fees may change without prior notification. YOUR FINAL CHARGE WILL REFLECT THE AMOUNT STATED AT THE TIME OF YOUR TRANSACTION, IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY CHANGES OR DISCREPANCIES IN THE FEES.
